1 / Races

Sizes shift until race week

So we print the base run early and top off late.

2 / Festivals

Staff, crew, VIP, giveaway

Each its own run, split-shipped where it lands.

3 / Schools

Volunteers and local sponsors

We chase the logos so a parent doesn't have to.

How an order works

Everything is planned backward from one date that cannot move.

Your race day, your gates, your first day of school. We start there and work back — so nothing arrives late and nothing lands on your desk.

Step 1

A real portal, and a real person

Log in whenever you want to see proofs, quantities, logos and ship dates. But when something needs deciding, you're not filing a ticket — Becky is your specialist, start to finish, and she knows what a marathon needs versus a festival versus a high school.

Same person every call

Step 2

We set the schedule together

Garment picked, artwork approved, logos in, base run printed, final counts, delivery. Every deadline is agreed up front and visible in your portal, so you always know what we need from you and when.

No surprises

Step 3 — only we do this

We collect and approve the sponsor logos. You chase nobody.

The job everyone dreads: emailing a dozen sponsors for artwork and getting back screenshots, business-card photos and 200-pixel JPEGs. Send them one link instead. They upload directly, we check every file is genuinely print-ready, we fix the ones that aren't, and we lay them out on the shirt. You approve one proof.

Every logo checked before it reaches the press

Step 4

We print before your numbers are final

Every print location runs on its own. Your front and sleeves go on press the moment they're approved — the sponsor back is the only thing that waits. Most printers hold the whole job hostage to the slowest piece of artwork.

Step 5

We hold them until you're ready

Nobody wants thousands of shirts stacked in a school hallway, a production office, or the back of a community center. We store your finished order and ship the day you say the word.

Step 6

They arrive ready to hand out

Individually folded and sorted by size — so it works the same at packet pickup, a merch tent, or a teacher handing out shirts by class. Open the box, hand out shirts.

No sorting, no unwrapping
The part nobody else does

Stop chasing sponsors for logos.

You send one link. Your sponsors do the rest — upload their own artwork, and pay their sponsorship if you want them to. You approve one proof and you're done.

Logos only

Already collected the sponsorship money yourself? Send the link and sponsors just upload artwork.

Logos and payment

Let sponsors pay through the same link. You collect the money and the artwork in one step, instead of running two chases.

Optional — and worth a look

Your sponsors can pay for your shirts.

If you sell sponsor spots, the same link that collects their logo can collect their money too. On a typical race that adds up to more than the shirt bill — the shirts stop being a cost and start funding the event.

Only if you want it. Prefer to invoice your sponsors yourself? Switch it off and we'll just collect the artwork. Not selling sponsor spots at all? Skip this entirely — nothing else about your order changes.

The person behind the portal

You'll work with Becky from first quote to final delivery.

16 years in the event space

She's put shirts on race day, festival gates and gym floors since 2010. She'll tell you which garment your crowd actually keeps — and which one is a waste of your budget.

Picks the right shirt for your event

Tri-blends runners keep, heavyweight tees that survive a festival, budget-conscious shirts for a fundraiser.

Gets samples in your hands

See and feel the garment before you commit, so your board or committee can sign off with confidence.

Handles artwork and sponsor logos

She runs the proofs and keeps every sponsor mark crisp — what ships is exactly what was approved.

Stays with you as the numbers move

Registration, ticket sales and enrollment all shift. Becky adjusts the order and guards the deadline.

The portal

See everything.
Chase nothing.

Log in at 11pm and know exactly where your order stands — without emailing anyone.

Overview

What needs you — and what doesn't

One list of things only you can do. Everything else says "Becky has it." Most days that list is empty.

Print stages by location
Printing

Every location, tracked separately

Front printed on 3,620. Sleeve printed. Back still waiting on four sponsor logos. You can see exactly what's holding what.

Sponsor upload page
Sponsors

They see their logo on the shirt

Your sponsor picks a tier, uploads, and watches their logo land in its row at its real print size. Then they pay.

Payments and sponsor funds
Payments

Pay as we go, never up front

Deposit, then a progress payment when the base run actually prints. Add shirts and you get a separate invoice — nothing is ever silently re-priced.

Delivery

The box you open on event morning

How the shirts arrive decides whether packet pickup is calm or a bottleneck.

Bricks of 24

Shirts bundled in packs of 24
  • Volunteers tear open a 24-pack while a line forms
  • Shirts tangled and wrinkled inside the bag
  • Sizes hard to see — confusion at the table
  • Your people sort instead of greeting

Folded individually, sorted by size

Shirts individually folded and sorted in the box
  • Grab one shirt at a time — no unwrapping
  • Machine-consistent fold, every single shirt
  • Sizes visible — the line actually moves

You hold it. You check every sponsor mark.Ink, placement, size, color — in your hands
Nothing runs until you say so4,390 shirts don't move on a PDF
Changes cost you nothing at this stageWrong ink, wrong placement — we re-run the proof
Before we print thousands

Approve it in your hands, not on a screen.

A proof on a monitor tells you nothing about how the ink sits on that garment, or whether a sponsor's logo is legible at 1.1 inches. So we print one, put it in a box, and send it to you.

You hold the shirt. You approve it. Then we print the other 4,389.

Order shirts online anywhere else and you approve a mockup on a screen and hope. Nobody commits thousands of shirts off a PDF — so we don't ask you to.

Why we can do all of this

There's nobody in the middle.

Most local shops don't print orders this size — they broker them out to a factory like ours and add 50–100% on top for making the phone call. You get a go-between who can't answer a question about your garment, can't hold your shirts, and can't fix a sponsor file.

Come to us direct and none of that exists. The specialist, the storage, the sponsor logos, the folding — that isn't an upgrade. That's just how the order works.

Who we print for

Three kinds of events.
One way of working.

They all order thousands of shirts against a date that cannot move.

Races

Races & endurance

5Ks to marathons. Sizes shift until race week, sponsor logos land late, and packet pickup is the bottleneck. We print early, hold the shirts, and deliver them sorted.

500 → 20,000 shirts
Festivals

Festivals & corporate

Multi-day, multi-brand, and the sponsor artwork has to be flawless. Staff, crew, VIP and giveaway shirts can each be their own run, split-shipped where they need to land.

Schools

Schools & universities

Spirit weeks, field days, fundraisers, Greek life, booster clubs. Tight budgets, volunteer organizers, local sponsor logos to collect. Next year's organizer can log in and see this year's order.
